01Honestly — am I better off building it myself?
If you have built a few PCs and own the tools, you might save the build fee. For a first or second build, factor in your time, the risk of a dead-on-arrival part, returning it yourself, and no warranty on the labour. Our price is itemized so you can compare line by line.
02How do you make sure the parts I picked are compatible?
The builder checks sockets, memory type, board size, GPU length, cooler height, radiator mounts, power headroom and storage slots live. Before ordering, a technician reviews the full list, including BIOS versions and anything the checker can't see.
03Can I supply my own parts?
Yes. Send the build request with a note listing what you're bringing and we'll adjust the quote. Parts you supply are tested but covered by their manufacturer's warranty.
04How long does a custom build take?
Most builds are ready within the lead time shown in the bar below once parts arrive. Rush builds are available for in-stock parts.
05What happens after I send the request?
Nothing is charged. We confirm stock and final pricing, then reach out by phone or email with a quote. You can track the status of every build from your account.
06Are the frame rates guaranteed?
No — they are estimates at high settings without upscaling, based on the CPU and GPU you picked. Real results change with settings, drivers and game updates. They are there to compare options, not promise numbers.
